Originally released in 2000, The Better Life is the debut studio album from 3 Doors Down and the record that propelled the Mississippi rock band to international success. Combining powerful guitar-driven rock with memorable melodies and Brad Arnold's distinctive vocals, the album became one of the defining post-grunge releases of the early 2000s.

Featuring the massive breakthrough single "Kryptonite" alongside "Loser", "Duck And Run" and "Be Like That", the album delivered a remarkable run of rock-radio favourites. Deeper cuts including "Life Of My Own", "Down Poison" and "So I Need You" round out a debut packed with the muscular riffs and melodic hooks that would become signatures of the band's sound.
