AC/DC - '74 Jailbreak (50th Anniversary Edition Gold Vinyl LP)

'74 Jailbreak is a five-track collection from Australian rock legends AC/DC, originally released internationally in 1984. Bringing together Bon Scott-era recordings from 1974 and 1976 that had previously only been available in Australia, the release gave international fans another look at the raw, blues-driven sound of the band's formative years.

The collection opens with the classic Jailbreak and also features You Ain't Got A Hold On Me, Show Business and Soul Stripper. It closes with AC/DC's hard-rocking interpretation of Big Joe Williams' blues standard Baby, Please Don't Go, a song that formed an important part of the band's early live sets.

Featuring Bon Scott on vocals alongside Angus and Malcolm Young, these recordings capture AC/DC before their international breakthrough. Jailbreak originally appeared on the Australian edition of Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, while the remaining tracks reach further back into the band's early Australian catalogue.

This AC/DC 50 Limited Edition presents all five tracks on a single gold coloured vinyl record. Released as part of the band's 50th anniversary celebrations, it also includes an album-specific 12" × 12" print featuring new AC/DC 50 artwork, suitable for framing.
