Alicia Keys – The Element of Freedom (Limited Edition Lavender Vinyl 2LP)

The Element of Freedom is the fourth studio album from Alicia Keys, originally released in 2009. Blending contemporary R&B, soul and pop with Keys' signature piano-led songwriting, the album explores love, vulnerability, independence and emotional freedom through a polished and atmospheric collection of songs.

The 14-track album features Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart, Doesn't Mean Anything and Un-Thinkable (I'm Ready), alongside the Beyoncé collaboration Put It In A Love Song. The album closes with Empire State Of Mind (Part II) Broken Down, Keys' intimate solo interpretation of her hugely successful collaboration with Jay-Z.

Produced by Alicia Keys alongside collaborators including Kerry "Krucial" Brothers, Jeff Bhasker and Swizz Beatz, The Element of Freedom expands Keys' established soul and R&B sound with electronic textures and spacious, atmospheric production. The result is one of the most distinctive albums in her catalogue, balancing powerful vocal performances with quieter and more introspective moments.

This Limited Edition pressing presents the complete album across two 180g Lavender coloured vinyl LPs and includes printed inner sleeves.
