Originally released in 2016, Caamp is the self-titled debut album from the Ohio indie folk band, introducing the warm harmonies, acoustic instrumentation and heartfelt songwriting that would become central to their sound. Raw and intimate, the record captures the stripped-back character of Caamp's earliest recordings and the easy chemistry between founding members Taylor Meier and Evan Westfall.

Featuring fan favourites including "All The Debts I Owe", "Vagabond", "Ohio" and "So Long, Honey", the album blends modern indie folk with elements of Americana, bluegrass and roots music. Meier's distinctive, weathered vocals and Westfall's banjo and harmonies give the songs a relaxed, homespun quality that helped build the band's devoted following.

From the driving acoustic rhythm of "Vagabond" to the reflective "Ohio" and understated beauty of "Great Heights", Caamp is an excellent introduction to the band's early sound. The vinyl edition also features "Misty" and "There She Goes", expanding the album to 13 tracks.
