Childish Gambino – Bando Stone & The New World (Vinyl 2LP)

Bando Stone & The New World is the 2024 album from Childish Gambino, the musical alter ego of Donald Glover. Conceived as a soundtrack to Glover's wider Bando Stone & The New World project, the album moves freely between hip-hop, R&B, rock, electronic music and experimental pop, bringing together many of the sounds explored throughout the Childish Gambino catalogue.

The 17-track album features Lithonia, Survive featuring Chlöe, In The Night featuring Jorja Smith and Amaarae, and Cruisin' featuring Yeat. Other guests include Flo Milli on Talk My Shit, Fousheé on Running Around and Khruangbin on Happy Survival.

Designed as a cinematic, full-album experience, Bando Stone & The New World shifts from distorted guitars and dense electronic production to soulful R&B, melodic pop and atmospheric passages. The result is an ambitious and deliberately unpredictable album that brings together different sides of Donald Glover's work as Childish Gambino.

This Vinyl 2LP edition presents the complete 17-track album across two opaque black vinyl records. The records are housed in a gatefold sleeve with holographic inner sleeves and include a printed fold-out insert.
