Released on November 16, 2018, this 2LP 180-gram vinyl compilation encompasses tracks from Cornell's influential bands—Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, and Audioslave—as well as his solo endeavors. The collection features 17 tracks, including two previously unreleased recordings: "When Bad Does Good" and a live cover of Prince's "Nothing Compares 2 U."

Housed in a gatefold jacket with a limited edition die-cut slipcase showcasing Seattle's tree-line graphics, this release also includes a 12-page booklet with unreleased photos and liner notes by Kim Thayil, Matt Cameron, Tom Morello, Mike McCready, and Brendan O'Brien.
