Edie Brickell & New Bohemians – Rocket (Vinyl LP)

Released in 2018, Rocket marked the return of Edie Brickell & New Bohemians with their first new studio album in more than a decade. Thirty years after their breakthrough debut Shooting Rubberbands At The Stars, the band returned with a relaxed, adventurous collection that blends rock, folk, blues, funk and jazz influences.

Featuring standout tracks including "What Makes You Happy", "Superhero", "Obvious" and "Exaggerate", the album captures the loose, organic chemistry that has always defined the group. "Singing In The Shower" brings a reggae-influenced feel, while songs such as "Trust", "Colors" and "Green Magic" highlight the band's eclectic approach.

Led by Edie Brickell's distinctive vocals and songwriting, Rocket feels both familiar and refreshed, reconnecting the group with the free-flowing style that made their early records so distinctive while introducing a new chapter in their catalogue.

This Vinyl LP edition presents the 11-track vinyl sequence across two sides on classic black vinyl.

Supplied brand new and sealed, it's a great addition for Edie Brickell & New Bohemians fans and collectors of alternative rock, folk rock and Americana on vinyl.
