Guns N' Roses – Use Your Illusion (Super Deluxe 12LP + Blu-ray Box Set)

Use Your Illusion I & II brings together two landmark albums from American hard rock legends Guns N' Roses in an extraordinary Super Deluxe 12LP + Blu-ray box set. Featuring classics including November Rain, Don't Cry, Live and Let Die, You Could Be Mine, Estranged and Knockin' on Heaven's Door, this expansive collection celebrates one of rock's most ambitious album projects.

Originally released simultaneously on 17 September 1991, Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II marked a dramatic evolution for Guns N' Roses. Following the raw hard rock of Appetite for Destruction, the band expanded its sound with piano-driven ballads, orchestral arrangements, blues influences and sprawling compositions. The recordings feature Axl Rose, Slash, Izzy Stradlin, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and Dizzy Reed.

Use Your Illusion I delivers the explosive energy of Right Next Door to Hell, Perfect Crime and Double Talkin' Jive, alongside the emotional power of Don't Cry and the epic November Rain. Its sixteen tracks culminate in Coma, one of the band's most ambitious recordings.

Use Your Illusion II continues with Civil War, 14 Years, Yesterdays and Knockin' on Heaven's Door. The driving You Could Be Mine and cinematic Estranged demonstrate the band's extraordinary range, while Locomotive and Breakdown showcase their extended songwriting.

This 2022 Super Deluxe Edition presents both original studio albums, newly remastered from high-resolution transfers of the original analogue master tapes. The collection also includes two previously unreleased complete concerts: Live in New York, recorded at the Ritz Theatre on 16 May 1991, and Live in Las Vegas, recorded at the Thomas & Mack Center on 25 January 1992.

The accompanying Blu-ray features the New York concert film in high definition, with Dolby Atmos, surround and stereo audio options. The package contains a 100-page hardcover book featuring previously unreleased photographs, alongside replica fan club materials, lithographs, backstage passes and additional memorabilia.

With 12 heavyweight 180g vinyl LPs, a Blu-ray disc and extensive collector's extras, this premium box set offers an immersive celebration of Guns N' Roses at the height of their early-1990s success.
