Originally released in 2013, The 20/20 Experience is the third studio album from Justin Timberlake and marked his return to music following a six-year break after FutureSex/LoveSounds. Working closely with longtime collaborator Timbaland and producer Jerome "J-Roc" Harmon, Timberlake created an ambitious blend of pop, R&B, soul and funk built around lush production and extended song arrangements.

Featuring two of Timberlake's biggest solo hits, "Mirrors" and "Suit & Tie" featuring Jay-Z, the album also includes fan favourites such as "Pusher Love Girl", "Tunnel Vision" and "Strawberry Bubblegum". Across its ten tracks, Timberlake combines smooth vocals, layered harmonies and elaborate instrumentation with Timbaland's distinctive production.

The 20/20 Experience became a major commercial success, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and establishing Timberlake's return as one of the major pop releases of 2013. The album was conceived as the first half of a two-part project, followed later that year by The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2.
