Oasis - Standing on the Shoulder of Giants (180g Vinyl LP)

Originally released in 2000, Standing on the Shoulder of Giants is the fourth studio album from Oasis and marked a significant change in direction for the Manchester band. Moving beyond the classic Britpop sound of their first three albums, Oasis embraced psychedelic rock, electronic textures, loops and more experimental production to create one of the most distinctive records in their catalogue.

Featuring standout tracks including "Go Let It Out", "Who Feels Love?", "Gas Panic!" and "Sunday Morning Call", the album combines the band's trademark guitar-driven sound with Mellotron, synthesisers, samples and psychedelic influences. It also includes "Little James", the first Oasis song written by Liam Gallagher to appear on one of the band's studio albums.

Produced by Mark "Spike" Stent and Noel Gallagher, Standing on the Shoulder of Giants was also the first Oasis album released through the band's own Big Brother Recordings label. The record debuted at number one in the UK and represents a fascinating transitional chapter in the band's career.

This 180g Vinyl LP edition presents the complete 10-track album across two sides of heavyweight black vinyl, including the singles "Go Let It Out", "Who Feels Love?" and "Sunday Morning Call".

Supplied brand new and sealed, it's an essential addition for Oasis fans and collectors of classic British rock on vinyl.
