Sam Fender – People Watching (Deluxe Limited Edition Silver Vinyl 2LP)

People Watching is the third studio album from acclaimed British singer-songwriter Sam Fender, originally released in February 2025. Following the success of Hypersonic Missiles and Seventeen Going Under, Fender delivers another powerful collection of emotionally charged songs, combining soaring heartland rock, atmospheric indie influences and his unmistakable storytelling. Rooted in the lives and experiences of ordinary people, People Watching explores friendship, loss, love, social inequality and the complexities of growing older.

The album features the anthemic title track People Watching, alongside standout songs including Arm's Length, Chin Up, Wild Long Lie, Little Bit Closer and Remember My Name. Fender's distinctive vocals, expressive guitar playing and richly layered arrangements create a compelling listening experience, moving between intimate reflections and expansive, stadium-sized choruses.

Drawing inspiration from the people and places that shaped his upbringing in North Shields, England, Fender continues to develop his reputation as one of Britain's most compelling contemporary songwriters. His ability to capture personal struggles and wider social issues with honesty and empathy gives People Watching an emotional depth that resonates well beyond its immediate subject matter.

Following its release, People Watching became one of the defining British rock albums of 2025, reaching number one on the UK Albums Chart and earning Fender a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Prize. Its success was accompanied by major live performances, including sold-out stadium shows, further establishing his place among the UK's leading modern rock artists.

Released in December 2025, this Deluxe Edition expands the original 11-track album with eight additional recordings, bringing the complete collection to 19 tracks. Among the highlights are Talk to You, featuring legendary musician Elton John, and a special version of Rein Me In recorded with acclaimed British singer-songwriter Olivia Dean. Other additions include I'm Always on Stage, Fortuna's Wheel, Me and the Dog, Tyrants, The Treadmill and Empty Spaces.

This official 2025 Deluxe Limited Edition presents the complete expanded album across two silver coloured vinyl LPs, housed in a gatefold sleeve. With the original album spread across the first record and the eight additional tracks collected on the second, this special pressing offers a comprehensive vinyl edition of one of Sam Fender's most celebrated releases.
