Originally released in November 1993, Doggystyle is the groundbreaking debut studio album from Snoop Dogg, originally known as Snoop Doggy Dogg. Arriving after his unforgettable appearances on Dr. Dre's The Chronic, the album introduced Snoop's laid-back delivery, unmistakable voice and charismatic storytelling to a worldwide audience. Produced primarily by Dr. Dre and released through Death Row Records, Doggystyle became an immediate commercial and critical success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 and helping establish West Coast G-funk as one of the defining sounds of 1990s hip-hop.

The album features some of Snoop Dogg's most celebrated recordings, including the timeless Gin and Juice, with its rolling bassline, infectious chorus and effortless West Coast swagger. Who Am I (What's My Name)? introduced his distinctive sound to mainstream audiences, while Tha Shiznit showcases his remarkable rhythmic flow over Dr. Dre's funk-driven production. Celebrating three decades of this landmark release, the 30th Anniversary Edition restores the original 1993 vinyl tracklist, including Gz Up, Hoes Down, a song absent from many subsequent editions. Released in November 2023, this special edition is pressed on clear double vinyl at 45 RPM and housed in a gatefold sleeve. Featuring fourteen tracks across four sides, it is a collectible edition of one of the most important albums in hip-hop history.
