Released in 2023, 1989 (Taylor's Version) is Taylor Swift's re-recording of her landmark 2014 album 1989. Revisiting one of the defining pop records of the 2010s, the album features newly recorded versions of the original songs alongside previously unreleased material from Swift's songwriting sessions for the album.

Featuring huge hits including "Shake It Off", "Blank Space", "Style", "Bad Blood" and "Wildest Dreams", 1989 (Taylor's Version) brings a fresh recording to the synth-pop sound that marked Swift's full transition into pop music.

The expanded 21-track album also includes five previously unreleased "From The Vault" songs: "Slut!", "Say Don't Go", "Now That We Don't Talk", "Suburban Legends" and "Is It Over Now?". These additional tracks offer another glimpse into the creative period surrounding the original 1989 sessions.
