Strange Days is the second studio album from The Doors, originally released in 1967. Arriving only months after their groundbreaking self-titled debut, the album pushed the band's psychedelic rock sound further into darker and more experimental territory, combining Jim Morrison's distinctive vocals with Ray Manzarek's keyboards, Robby Krieger's guitar and John Densmore's inventive drumming.

The 10-track album features some of The Doors' most enduring recordings, including People Are Strange, Love Me Two Times, Moonlight Drive and the title track Strange Days. Other highlights include You're Lost Little Girl, My Eyes Have Seen You and the epic closing track When The Music's Over.

Produced by Paul A. Rothchild and engineered by longtime Doors collaborator Bruce Botnick, Strange Days expanded on the atmospheric sound of the band's debut while making greater use of studio experimentation. Originally released in both stereo and mono configurations, the album remains one of the defining recordings of the late-1960s psychedelic rock era.

This 50th Anniversary vinyl edition features the original 1967 mono mix, remastered from the original mono master, and presents the complete 10-track album on a 180g black vinyl LP.
