Goo Goo Dolls - Rarities (Vinyl 2LP)

Rarities is a 2021 compilation from Goo Goo Dolls, bringing together 20 rare and previously hard-to-find recordings from the band's prolific 1995 to 2007 period. Spanning B-sides, live performances, acoustic recordings, remixes, radio sessions and other non-album tracks, the collection offers a different perspective on one of the most successful alternative rock bands of the era.

The collection includes acoustic versions of Goo Goo Dolls favourites Iris, Slide and Name, alongside live performances of Black Balloon, Let Love In and Feel The Silence. Also featured are a remix of Long Way Down, live Sessions@AOL recordings of Black Balloon and Broadway, and the band's live cover of the INXS classic Don't Change.

Rarities provides a fascinating companion to the band's studio catalogue, collecting recordings that showcase different sides of Goo Goo Dolls across their rise from alternative rock favourites to international success. From stripped-back acoustic performances to alternate mixes and live recordings, the set highlights both John Rzeznik and Robby Takac across a key period in the band's career.

This vinyl edition presents the complete 20-track collection across two black vinyl LPs, with five tracks on each side.
