The Smile - Cutouts (Vinyl LP)

Cutouts is the third studio album from The Smile, the trio of Radiohead's Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood alongside drummer Tom Skinner. Released in 2024, just months after Wall Of Eyes, the album continues the band's adventurous blend of art rock, experimental rock, post-punk and jazz-influenced rhythms, combining intricate guitar work, electronic textures and atmospheric arrangements.

The ten-track album features Foreign Spies, Zero Sum, Don't Get Me Started and Bodies Laughing, alongside highlights including Instant Psalm, Colours Fly, Eyes & Mouth, Tiptoe and The Slip. Moving between tense, rhythmically complex rock and more atmospheric passages, Cutouts captures The Smile continuing to develop their distinctive sound.

Produced and mixed by Sam Petts-Davies and mastered by Greg Calbi, Cutouts was recorded in Oxford and at Abbey Road Studios during the same period as Wall Of Eyes. The album features strings from the London Contemporary Orchestra, while its distinctive artwork and design were created by longtime collaborators Stanley Donwood and Thom Yorke.

This standard vinyl edition presents the complete ten-track album on a single black vinyl LP, housed in a gatefold sleeve.
