The Teskey Brothers - The Circle Session, 2023 (12" White Vinyl)

The Circle Session, 2023 is a five-track live EP from Australian soul favourites The Teskey Brothers, capturing Josh and Sam Teskey in an intimate performance recorded in Berlin, Germany in 2023. Stripping the songs back to their soulful foundations, the session puts Josh Teskey's unmistakable vocals and the band's warm, blues-infused musicianship firmly at the centre.

The EP features live versions of four songs from the band's chart-topping third studio album The Winding Way: Oceans Of Emotions, Take My Heart, I'm Leaving and What Will Be. The session closes with a soulful rendition of Drown In My Own Tears, the Henry Glover composition made famous by Ray Charles.

Recorded for the acclaimed The Circle Session series, these performances offer a different perspective on material from The Winding Way, which won Best Blues & Roots Album at the 2023 ARIA Awards. The stripped-back setting highlights the chemistry between Josh and Sam Teskey and the timeless soul and rhythm & blues influences at the heart of the band's sound.

This limited-edition 12" EP presents all five performances on a single 140g white vinyl record housed in a single sleeve, with three tracks on Side A and two extended performances on Side B.
