$uicideboy$ – Thy Will Be Done (Vinyl LP)

Thy Will Be Done is a powerful release from New Orleans hip-hop duo $uicideboy$, originally released on Christmas Day 2025. Comprised of Ruby da Cherry and Scrim, the duo have built a dedicated international following through their uncompromising blend of Southern hip-hop, trap, horrorcore and underground rap. Across ten tracks, Thy Will Be Done combines their trademark dark production and intense delivery with deeply personal reflections on sobriety, faith, fame and family.

The album opens with Leviticus, establishing its spiritual themes through ominous production and forceful vocals. 2009 Reggie Bush follows with the duo's distinctive combination of heavy bass, atmospheric samples and rapid-fire lyricism. One of the album's central tracks, BLOODSWEAT, confronts personal struggles and the challenges of change, bringing an emotionally direct perspective to the group's hard-hitting sound.

Angel Grove continues the album's dark atmosphere, while Whatever Floats Your Boat Will Definitely Sink My Ship explores the tensions between success, personal relationships and self-reflection. Throughout these recordings, Ruby da Cherry and Scrim balance aggressive performances with moments of vulnerability, demonstrating the contrast that has become a defining feature of their music.

On the second side, MSY introduces a more melodic approach, reflecting on isolation and the pressures of success. Old Addicts, New Habits addresses the complicated relationship between past experiences and personal growth, while Frenzy delivers another burst of intense, rhythm-driven hip-hop. Hypernormalisation maintains the record's unsettling atmosphere before closing track Fuck Ups brings the project to its conclusion.

Released through the duo's independent G*59 Records label, Thy Will Be Done reflects the evolution of $uicideboy$ from underground SoundCloud pioneers into one of the most recognisable names in alternative hip-hop. Their production continues to draw on Southern rap traditions, distorted samples, haunting melodies and powerful 808 rhythms, while their songwriting explores increasingly personal themes.

This 2026 black vinyl LP pressing presents all ten tracks across two sides, offering fans and collectors a physical edition of the duo's deeply personal release.
