Weezer - OK Human (Vinyl LP)

OK Human is the fourteenth studio album from Weezer, released in 2021. One of the most distinctive records in the band's catalogue, the album steps away from their familiar guitar-heavy alternative rock sound in favour of lush orchestral pop, combining Rivers Cuomo's instantly recognisable melodies with piano, strings, horns and woodwinds.

The 12-track album features All My Favorite Songs, Aloo Gobi, Grapes Of Wrath and Numbers, alongside highlights including Playing My Piano, Bird With A Broken Wing, Dead Roses and Here Comes The Rain. The songs move between catchy power-pop melodies and more introspective themes of technology, isolation, everyday life and human connection.

Produced by Jake Sinclair, OK Human was created with a 38-piece orchestra, giving the album a rich chamber-pop sound influenced by classic orchestral pop while remaining unmistakably Weezer. The orchestral arrangements were conducted by Rob Mathes, with sessions including musicians recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London and Van Gelder Studio in New Jersey.

This standard vinyl edition presents the complete 12-track album on a single black vinyl LP.
